These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the HOBBYPORT online store (the "Store") operated by atme Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Seller

2. Pre-orders and contract
All items in the Store are sold as pre-orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, including shipping.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page. Prices may be displayed in your local currency, converted from Japanese yen. Payment is charged when you place the order.
4. Shipping, duties and taxes
Items are shipped from Japan by EMS as described in our Shipping Policy. Import duties, taxes and customs fees of the destination country or region are paid by the buyer.
5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Product information
We try to describe items accurately. Product images may be for reference, and packaging may differ slightly from the images.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use the Store for any unlawful purpose, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with the operation of the Store. We may refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability for our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Personal information
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version posted in the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction of first instance over any dispute arising from these Terms or your order.
If these Terms are provided in languages other than English, the English version prevails.

本服務條款（下稱「本條款」）適用於您使用由 atme Inc.（下稱「本公司」）營運之 HOBBYPORT 網路商店（下稱「本商店」）。使用本商店或下單，即表示您同意本條款。

2. 預購與契約成立
本商店所有商品均為預購。您的訂單為購買要約，本公司寄出訂單確認郵件時契約成立。如商品無法供貨，本公司得取消訂單並全額退款（含運費）。
3. 價格與付款
價格以各商品頁面顯示為準，可能以日圓換算後之當地貨幣顯示。款項於下單時收取。
4. 運送、關稅與稅費
商品依運送說明自日本以 EMS 寄出。目的地國家或地區之進口關稅、稅金及通關手續費由買家負擔。
5. 取消、退貨與退款
取消、退貨與退款依退換貨說明辦理。
6. 商品資訊
本公司盡力正確說明商品。商品圖片僅供參考，實際包裝可能與圖片略有不同。
7. 禁止事項
不得將本商店用於違法目的、進行詐欺性下單或妨礙本商店之營運。本公司合理認定違反本條款之訂單，得拒絕或取消。
8. 責任限制
在法律允許範圍內，本公司就每筆訂單之責任以該訂單之支付金額為上限。但本公司之故意或重大過失不在此限。
9. 個人資料
個人資料依隱私權政策處理。
10. 條款變更
本公司得修改本條款。各訂單適用下單時本商店所刊載之版本。
11. 準據法與管轄法院
本條款以日本法為準據法。因本條款或訂單所生之爭議，以東京地方法院為第一審專屬管轄法院。
本條款如有英文以外之版本，以英文版為準。
