Refund policy

Cancellations

• All items are pre-order. You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it by contacting info@at-me.co.jp.
• After 24 hours, order preparation has begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.
• If an item becomes unavailable, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund, including shipping.

Returns

• All items are brand-new and factory-sealed. Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.
• If the item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
• If a parcel is refused or returned to us (for example, because import duties were not paid), we will refund the item price minus the original and return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

取消訂單

• 所有商品均為預購。下單後24小時內來信至 info@at-me.co.jp 即可取消並全額退款。
• 超過24小時後，訂單已開始備貨，恕不接受取消。
• 如商品無法供貨，我們將取消訂單並全額退款（含運費）。

退貨

• 所有商品均為全新未拆封，恕不接受因個人因素之退換貨。
• 如商品到貨時破損、有瑕疵或寄錯，請於收件後7天內附上商品及包裝照片與我們聯絡，我們將提供換貨或全額退款（含運費）。
• 如包裹遭拒收或退回（例如未繳納進口關稅），我們將退還商品價格，但扣除原運費及退回運費。

退款

• 經確認之退款將於10個工作天內退回原付款方式。
